Dave Nasick
Having a passion for health, fitness, and nutrition, I have come to believe that fitness is all about engaging in healthy lifestyles and taking responsibility for our own health so that we are firmly in control of it. I have learned to approach fitness as the way to improved wellness, by embracing smart exercise and proper nutrition so that we create a strong body and mind.
Health is so much more than just physical appearance. Therefore, our exercise program should help how you move, feel, and think, not just how we look! So lets train that way and put your health and wellness first.

“Get uncomfortable” is what he likes to say to encourage you to get the most out of your time in the gym. Comfort breeds complacency. With a proven strategy that helps get the most of your effort in the gym, golf course, or whatever your chosen sport is you will see the results of the time you put in.
When I’m not coaching clients I enjoy playing golf, running, reading, writing poetry, spending time wife my wife and cheering on all things New York.
