STRONG IS THE NEW SEXY
The goal of this class is to guide and support participants in pursuit of improving their body composition, general fitness & dietary habits . Ideally clients between the ages of 40 & 50 years old who want to look good and feel great, would be a great fit for this class.
Participants can expect:
- Monthly body composition tracking
- Warm-up routine designed specifically to prevent
injury and improve mobility
- Learning the fundamentals of strength
lifts designed specifically to increase strength & lean
- Group discussion on goal setting, dietary habits
and improving overall mindset about living a
- Habit-based monthly “curriculum” to ensure
structure and results
Your coach Ryan Brennan, has a Master’s degree in Exercise Science, six years of professional personal training experience, and has worked with multiple client s on improving their dietary habit s for weight loss and increased lean muscle mass.
