Hey! I’m Ryan and my mission is to provide excellent customer service with every one of my clients. My passion is with helping clients start AND stick with exercise and healthy dietary habits while improving their mindset about health and fitness. From my six years of professional coaching experience along with a Master’s Degree in Exercise Science, I realized that my clients had the most trouble STICKING with the habits they wanted to create and maintain. I am pursuing a doctorate in exercise psychology to further my education while locally coaching one-on-one, partner, and small group training here at Body Fitz.

If you are looking to adopt and maintain sustainable exercise and dietary habits, while improving your mindset, then I am the coach who will get you your results. Exercise does not have to feel like punishment and improving your diet does not have to feel controlling. I apply my educational background in change psychology to help make the process as enjoyable and realistic as possible.
