Emily is an experienced, enthusiastic fitness coach. She has 17 years of experience as a Certified Personal Trainer and a background in individual, partner and small group training. She holds a CPT Certification with the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Emily believes that fitness should be fun and variety is essential! Emily has a diverse training style and likes to incorporate a variety of methods to help her clients succeed. She brings empathy, enthusiasm, knowledge and fun to every session. Her focus is to help her clients be their best by being an active listener, showing empathy and collaborating to help them achieve their goals. As a mom of three, Emily understands the importance of life balance and the essential role that it plays in overall health and wellness. Emily also has experience as a Personal Training Manager, Group Fitness Coordinator and Facility director at fitness facilities in Georgia, North Caroline and California. Emily works with clients of all ages and fitness levels and has the broad knowledge to develop a program suited to each client’s individual needs. She has specific expertise with pre- and post-natal clients, aging adults, and clients who are thriving while managing conditions such as depression, anxiety and fibromyalgia.
