Calvin’s training philosophy is centered on the premise that total health and fitness can only be attained and sustained by adhering to three simple principles; eat a healthy- balanced diet, engage in cardiovascular training at least three days per week and resistance training at least two days per week. Furthermore, total health and fitness should be attained through subtle lifestyle changes that will be sustainable over time.

- I have participated in over 15 10K races with my fastest finish time being 40 min and 39 sec.
- I have competed in 6 half marathons my fastest finish time being 1 hour and 35 min.
- I have run in numerous 5k races with my fastest time being 20 min and 18 secs.
