A circuit training class including High Intensity Interval Training, a dynamic warm up, and a cool down. Metabolic Conditioning combines a total body functional strength training workout with many difficult intervals to increase the number of calories you burn. This workout will ensure that you will burn calories for the next 24-36 hours after you complete it! By increasing your metabolic demand we will increase your metabolism which means more calories burned at rest!
