What is it? 60 minutes of thoughtful, intense and effective exercise designed to rev your metabolism and build universal strength! You will develop stamina, balance and confidence! Think of Tabata, HIIT, Circuit combined with Strength and Balance Work!
Why this class over others? Our goal is to educate you on proper form and why it matters! Our goal is to teach before, during and after every class so that we can protect ourselves from injury! Our form, technique and intensity all play a major role in how we will feel after the workout and in the years to come. Never take your health and fitness for granted, you need to be your best advocate, I am here to help you with that!
