You will work your core, improve overall balance and strength! Interval training on the bike burns fat while protecting precious muscle tone and strength while giving your body the ability to burn more and more fat calories! That is why we have combined cardio intervals with compounded strength moves that improve flexibility and overall function! Improve your level of fitness no matter what it is, today!

Indoor Cycling
The Indoor Cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. Pilates

BodyFitz offers Pilates classes based on the key principles of stabilization, control, concentration, flow, breath and precision. Yoga

Karen and Sue have developed their effective teaching styles over time and love what they do! Yoga promotes proper posture, flexibility, balance and the concentration that comes from breath control, relaxation and focus. An ancient practice in modern application, Yoga is the union of Mind, Body and Heart. Yoga is what the body needs to stay flexible, strong and youthful. It is a fantastic compliment to your weekly strenght training sessions.
